Chris Hults, Producer

I am a professional director, actor, and educator with degrees in Theatre, English, and Philosophy. I’ll soon have a Masters in Theatre History and Critical Theory. I am constantly humbled by the power of art to transform us, so I apply myself to learning, practicing, and consuming it every day. Theatre is unique and beautiful in that it is collaborative, yet also balances structure and improvisation. I love 10-minute plays because of the concise storytelling, and the requirement that both actors and audience dive in, fully committed, with open hearts and minds. The Hive Collaborative is doing bold work, and I am looking forward to being a part of it!
